Our famous Irish Packer’s bigger and angrier brother. We start with an 8oz footlong dog wrapped in nearly a pound of seasoned beef then wrapped again in 5 strips of bacon and topped with American cheese and our Guinness BBQ. Served on a basket of hand cut Fries. It’s the same Big Shillelagh but only meaner! As if the original wasn’t bad enough we add our Guinness BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw, Swiss cheese, Sauerkraut and Corned beef. Served on a basket of hand cut fries.
